What are you going to do?
As a customer support specialist, you are responsible for serving your customer portfolio in the best possible way. Your mission is to help customers realise their goals. You oversee the situation and translate every challenge into a positive experience for the customer and an opportunity for Demcon. Together with your colleagues, you ensure that customer focus is top of mind for everyone.
You are the primary contact when it comes to deliveries of products and services. The focus is on managing and processing customer orders within the contractual agreements made. You also monitor the delivery performance and take measures to adjust and improve it. You are an essential link between the customer and internal functions such as project management, planning and warehouse.
Within Demcon production, we want to take the next step in further professionalising our customer support activities. You play an important role in this by ensuring, together with your colleagues, that we continuously improve ourselves. The ultimate goal is a satisfied customer and work processes that support you and your colleagues to perform work in an efficient and pleasant way.
What do you bring to the table?
- Bachelor's degree in business administration or commercial;
- At least 2 years' work experience in commercial, service or supply chain positions;
- Experience in working with an ERP system;
- Able to take a critical look at own operations and working methods;
- Excellent communication skills, command of the Dutch and English languages in word and writing.
