At QL polymers, we are looking for a (junior) business developer who is eager to contribute to the continued growth of our organisation. You will identify new markets, build strong customer relationships and help secure new projects.

Experience with polymers is a plus, but certainly not a requirement. Above all, we are looking for someone with a technical background, commercial ambition and the drive to succeed.

Demcon develops and manufactures high-quality technology and complex systems, from concept through to series production. QL polymers develops and manufactures high-quality polymers, additives and formulations tailored to the specific needs of its customers. Our strength lies in combining in-depth knowledge of polymer chemistry with a practical approach and access to advanced laboratory and production facilities. As a business developer, you are responsible for creating new business opportunities. Your focus is on expanding our customer base and further developing existing relationships.

Your responsibilities include:

• Proactively approaching potential customers and exploring new markets;
• Building and maintaining long-term customer relationships;
• Identifying opportunities within the plastics and manufacturing industries;
• Networking at trade fairs, events and within relevant industries;
• Translating customer needs into concrete business opportunities;
• Collaborating with technical specialists to connect customer needs with our expertise;
• Strengthening collaboration with other Demcon companies to capitalise on joint commercial opportunities;
• Securing new projects and handing them over internally to the appropriate teams for execution.
• In short, you open doors, create opportunities and lay the foundation for further growth.

• An annual salary between €37,728 and €68,616 (excluding holiday allowance), depending on your experience;
• 8% holiday allowance, with the option to have this paid in May or monthly with your salary;
