As project manager, you hold final responsibility for a project, as well as its planning and budget. Together with the systems engineer, you keep the project in scope. You also serve as the primary link – and therefore the initial point of contact – between the client and the project team. An essential aspect of your role is to create an environment where engineers can do what they do best as well and as pleasantly as possible.
