- You assess and select suppliers and advise management on improvements and risks.
- You are the primary point of contact for suppliers and the internal organization when it comes to complex issues.
- You work closely with various departments within our organization to further optimize our supply chain and make it future-proof.
What do you bring to the table?
- A completed bachelor’s degree or higher in Supply Chain Management, Purchasing, or Business Administration, or relevant professional qualifications such as NEVI.
- At least 7 years of experience in a similar role, preferably in a high-tech, semiconductor, or EMS environment.
- Proven track record in and/or knowledge about sourcing of electronics
- Demonstrable experience with international contracting and supplier management.
- Strong analytical and negotiation skills; you can see the bigger picture and steer toward results.
- Excellent command of both Dutch and English.
- A proactive, independent, and persuasive personality who is confident in providing direction
- Experience in the space segment is considered a bonus
What do we offer you?
At FSO Instruments we have a ‘flat’ organization where people can easily find and help each other. We value a comfortable and inclusive workplace. There is a lot of emphasis put on personal needs and we discourage overtime, because we know how important work-life balance is. Furthermore, you can count on, among other things: A good, market-based salary;
- 31 days off and 8% vacation allowance;
- Possibility to work from home, maximum 2 days a week.
- A good pension plan at Zwitserleven;
- The opportunity to follow training and courses, or externally, so you can further develop your knowledge;
