As a trainee workplace manager, you fulfill a versatile role in which you provide both technical and advisory support to various aspects of our digital work environment.

In addition…

• Support you in the daily handling of the helpdesk mailbox, incidents and changes to ensure fast and effective support.
• Perform your daily management tasks in our hybrid environment, including O365, Azure AD. Active Directory, software distribution, Intune, Lansweeper, SharePoint, Apple Business Manager, and more.
• Install and configure the workstations, peripherals and software to create an optimal user experience.
• Help you issue, install, replace and repair hardware such as laptops, desktops, tablets and smartphones.
• Check and manage the hardware stock and maintain the Configuration Management Database (CMDB).

• You are preferably in your final year of an MBO 4 course in the field of ICT.
• You are a team player with empathy and self-confidence.
• Command of the Dutch and English language, spoken and written.
