As a Senior Electronics Engineer, you are responsible for translating customer requirements into a concept. You then work with an electronics team to develop these into a suitable implementation. You find quality important and at the same time you are pragmatic.

Thanks to your analytical and conceptual abilities, you are of great value during acquisition and the subsequent specification and concept phase. You look beyond electronics. You work closely with the customer and the system architect. In close coordination with them and with the other disciplines in the project, you arrive at the best solution for the system. In addition, you take responsibility for the electronics work package within the project, managing and supervising a team of designers. You are continuously looking for improvements and new technologies. You contribute to the progress of electronics development. In addition, you enjoy coaching colleagues and sharing your knowledge with others within and outside your field.

At DEMCON, electronics engineers work on embedded systems for products ranging from 3D printers to medical systems and robotics systems. For this we have expertise in sensors, wireless technology, motion and data acquisition. In our products, the interfaces between mechanics, software and electronics play an important role. You will therefore be working within a multidisciplinary team.

• A completed college or university degree in electrical engineering or electronics engineering;
• At least 8 years' experience as an electronics engineer;
• Ability to independently carry out a project within a multidisciplinary team;
• Knowledge of related standards such as 60601;
