- Take ownership of parts of the system and contribute to technical decision-making within the project;
- Work closely with the (lead) system engineer and project manager, providing input on technical decisions;
- Identify risks and help manage them effectively, ensuring progress and quality remain balanced;
- Ensure commitments are met and contribute to delivering high-quality results.
Within Demcon HTS, you will:
- Work in a dynamic environment across a variety of projects and international clients;
- Have the opportunity to grow into a broader system engineering role;
- Operate with a high degree of autonomy while learning from experienced colleagues;
- Gradually take on more responsibility and deepen your technical expertise;
- Contribute to delivering the best possible solutions for clients.
What do you bring to the table?
- MSc (or PhD) in a technical field, such as Mechatronics, Mechanical Engineering, Electronics, or Applied Physics;
- Strong analytical skills and a system-level mindset;
- Affinity with high-tech environments and system development;
- A collaborative team player who takes ownership and responsibility;
- You identify with the DEMCON culture: entrepreneurial, creative, committed, results-oriented, and customer-focused.
