We are looking for a junior (thermal) systems engineer to join our team and lead the design and development of thermal solutions in our projects and products.

As a Thermal Systems Engineer, together with a team of other engineers, you are responsible for designing, implementing, testing and improving the thermal/mechanical aspects of a high-tech device. Some concrete examples of such systems are: a thermal management & control system for space satellites, cryocoolers for high-resolution microscopes and a high-power cooler for defense applications. You will start at Demcon kryoz as a junior where, under supervision, you will be given specific tasks to model, analyze, realize and/or test (parts) of the system in our (cryogenic) test-laboratory environment.
