What are you going to do?
You will take on a varied role in which you will switch between analysis, support, documentation and product improvement. You will act as the technical link between customers, production and engineering.
Your responsibilities will include the following:
- Analysis & repairs — You will investigate and repair ventilation modules that are malfunctioning, whether these come from customers or from production.
- Root-cause analyses — You will identify the causes of problems and record your findings in service and quality documentation.
- International customer support — You will assist customers worldwide with the integration and use of the module within their systems.
- Technical support — You will provide support remotely and, occasionally, on-site.
- Production support — You will assist production with technical problems and quality issues.
- Improvement initiatives — You will initiate and implement improvements to products, test methods and production processes.
- Documentation management — You will draw up and maintain technical documentation, work instructions, service procedures and change documentation.
- Design & construction of test set-ups — You will design, build and maintain test set-ups, measuring equipment and production aids.
- Testing & validation — You carry out verification, validation and endurance tests on products and subsystems.
- Supporting product changes — You provide support during the roll-out of changes to production and customers.
- Visits to the production site — You will visit our production site in Enschede every month to meet with staff and implement improvements to the assembly process.

What do you bring to the table?
- MBO-4 or HBO level of working and thinking, preferably in Mechatronics, Electrical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering or a similar field.
- An interest in electronics, sensor technology and technical systems.
- Experience in troubleshooting and technical analysis.
- A good command of Dutch and English.
