Our modular production systems are based on current industry standards and range from small, semi-automatic modules to complete, automated production lines.For our location in Groningen, we are looking for an experienced, versatile, enthusiastic, and driven Senior Mechatronic Systems Engineer.

You are responsible for designing system concepts for a wide range of products and production systems. You understand the customer's language and translate it into solutions, in collaboration with your colleagues. You are also responsible for implementing and validating the chosen solution. You know how to establish substantive connections between the system requirements, the system concept, and the system integration. In addition to your substantive role, you also fulfill a technical leadership, motivational, and coaching role.

Together with a project manager, you oversee and manage the process from quotation to implementation at the client's site. You monitor technical progress, planning, and budget and take action where necessary. You ensure good communication with the client, cohesion within the project team, and internal coordination within Demcon.
